Delivery & Payment

Keys4Me sells digital game keys for supported gaming platforms.

All orders are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Digital Delivery

Most orders are delivered by email within minutes after payment is approved.

Your key will be sent to the email address entered at checkout. Please make sure your email address is correct before placing your order.

Because all products are digital, there are no shipping charges.

If you do not receive your key within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder first. If it is still not there, contact support and include your order number.

Platform Information

Each product listing identifies the platform for that key. Keys are delivered only for the platform listed on the product page, so please review the listing carefully before purchase.

Payment Methods

We accept prepaid Visa, Mastercard, and American Express gift cards, including partially used cards, subject to verification. We also accept standard Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Transaction Limits

Orders are limited to $500 total per customer per day.

Verification

Photos of the card and purchase receipt are not normally required. We reserve the right to request verification if there is reason to confirm card ownership, possession, or available balance.

If requested verification is not provided, the order may be canceled.

An order is not considered complete until payment has been verified and successfully processed.

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to our Terms of Service.

Fraud Prevention

Any suspected fraud, unauthorized transaction, or violation of these terms may result in order cancellation and refusal of future service.

Payment Issues

If your card is declined, confirm that the card details were entered correctly, that the card has sufficient funds, and that it is activated for online purchases. Some prepaid cards may require a billing address or ZIP code to be registered with the card issuer before they can be used online.
