3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We accept approved payment methods shown at checkout, including eligible prepaid Visa, Mastercard, and American Express gift cards. Acceptance of a payment method does not guarantee approval of an order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, delay, or manually review any order for fraud prevention, payment verification, inventory issues, pricing errors, suspected misuse, or other security reasons.

4. Digital Delivery

5. Refunds and Replacements

Because digital license keys can be viewed, copied, activated, or redeemed after delivery, all sales are generally final once a key has been delivered.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only as described in our Refund Policy, including cases involving invalid, duplicate, or non-working keys, provided the issue is reported within the required time period and the key has not been successfully redeemed.

We may request screenshots, error messages, account information related to activation status, or other reasonable proof needed to investigate the issue.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity;
• Use payment methods that you are not authorized to use;
• Attempt to obtain products without valid payment;
• File false claims, false disputes, or false chargebacks;
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit products purchased from the Site unless expressly permitted;
• Interfere with the Site, its security systems, or payment processing systems;
• Use bots, scrapers, automated tools, or other unauthorized methods to access the Site;
• Misrepresent your identity, billing details, or order information.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with an order, you agree to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter.

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving a valid digital key may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending orders, refusal of future service, and submission of order records, delivery records, communication history, IP logs, and other relevant evidence to the payment processor or card network.

This section does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features or order history.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security, fraud, payment, or legal risk.

9. Intellectual Property
