Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and replacements are handled for digital license keys purchased from keys4me.

Because we sell digital products, including Steam and Ubisoft Connect software license keys, refunds are limited. Digital keys can be viewed, copied, activated, or redeemed after delivery, so all sales are generally final once a key has been delivered.

General Policy

Once an order has been approved and delivered, it cannot usually be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Digital license keys are considered delivered once they are sent by email, displayed in your account, or otherwise made available to you through our website.

We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind, purchased the wrong product, do not like the game, or can no longer use the product after delivery.

When Refunds or Replacements May Be Considered

We may consider a refund or replacement in the following situations:

    • Non-working key: The key is invalid, defective, or already redeemed before your first activation attempt.
    • Incorrect product delivered: You received a key for a different product than the one you ordered.
    • Duplicate charge: You were clearly charged more than once for the same order because of a system or processing error.
    • Order not delivered: Your payment was approved, but the key was not delivered and we are unable to complete delivery.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide reasonable proof of the issue.

Proof may include screenshots of the activation error, platform support messages, order confirmation, or other information needed to verify the claim.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

    • You changed your mind after purchase.
    • You purchased the wrong product by mistake.
    • You no longer want the product.
    • You do not like the product.
    • Your device or computer does not meet the product’s system requirements.
    • The key has already been successfully redeemed.
    • Your Steam, Ubisoft, or other platform account is banned, restricted, limited, or otherwise unable to redeem or use the product.
    • You did not review region restrictions, platform requirements, product title, or other product details before purchasing.
    • The issue is caused by a third-party platform, account, network, device, or software problem outside our control.

    • Your order number
    • The email address used at checkout
    • The product name
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Screenshots or error messages showing the problem

We may request additional information to verify the issue. Failure to provide reasonable proof may result in the request being denied.

Review Time

We usually respond within 1 business day, but some reviews may take longer depending on the issue and whether third-party verification is needed.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Refund timing depends on your card issuer, bank, or payment processor.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving a valid and delivered digital key may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending orders, refusal of future service, and submission of order records, delivery records, communication history, IP logs, and other relevant evidence to the payment processor or card network.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
