Digital Delivery

All products are delivered digitally after payment is approved and the order is completed. Most completed orders are delivered within minutes.

Your key will be sent to the email address entered at checkout. Please make sure your email address is correct before placing your order.

Because all products are digital, there are no shipping charges.

If you do not receive your key within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder first. If it is still not there, contact support and include your order number.

Platform Information

Each product listing states whether the key is for Steam or Ubisoft Connect. Keys are delivered only for the platform shown on the product page, so please review the listing carefully before purchase.

Payment Methods

We accept prepaid Visa, Mastercard, and American Express gift cards, including partially used cards, subject to verification. We also accept standard Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards.

We do not accept reloadable cards such as Serve, Bluebird, Green Dot, MyVanilla, or Netspend.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Transaction Limits

The maximum total transaction amount per person, per day, is $500.

The highest denomination accepted for a single gift card is $250.

Verification

Photos of the card and purchase receipt are not normally required. We reserve the right to request verification if there is reason to confirm card ownership, possession, or available balance.

If requested verification is not provided, the order may be canceled.

An order is not considered complete until the gift card balance has been verified and redeemed.

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are the legitimate owner of the gift card, that the gift card is in your possession, and that you agree to these terms and conditions.

Fraud Prevention

Any suspected fraud, unauthorized transaction, or violation of these terms may result in order cancellation and refusal of future service.

Payment Issues

If your card is declined, confirm that the card details were entered correctly, that the card has sufficient funds, and that it is activated for online purchases. Some prepaid cards may also need to be registered with the card issuer before they can be used online.
